Abstract

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je návrh komerčního domu s pasáží, otevřených arkád s návazností na komerční parter bytového domu, přilehlých veřejných prostor nově vzniklého náměstí a koncepce Severojižní magistrály. Diplomová práce navazuje na předdiplomový projekt zpracovávaný v zimním semestru. Ten se zabýval urbanistickou koncepcí území kolem Masarykova nádraží, Negrelliho viaduktu, autobusového nádraží Florenc, stanicí metra Florenc a Severojižní magistrálou. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit projekt v rozsahu architektonické studie, součástí zadání bylo také zpracování vybrané technické dokumentace pro stavební povolení.

My diploma thesis introduces the design of a commercial house with passage, arcades with a connection to the commercial parterre of an apartment house, adjacent public spaces of the recently created square and the concept of the North-South highway. The diploma thesis follows up on the undergraduate project elaborated in the winter semester. This project dealt with the urban concept of the area around Masaryk railway station, the Negrelli viaduct, the Florenc bus station, the Florenc metro station and the concept of the North-South highway. The purpose of the thesis was to create an architectural study and the documentation that is necessary for gaining the building permit.
