Inteligentní budovy s ohledem na řízení tepelného komfortu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu vytápění v inteligentních budovách. V teoretické části práce je krátce popsána historie a koncept inteligentní budovy. Dále je zde vysvětlen rozdíl mezi klasickou a systémovou elektroinstalací. V závěru teoretické části se věnuji tématu vnitřní kvality prostředí, zejména způsoby a prostředky pro udržení tepelné pohody v budově. V praktické části je provedeno porovnání způsobů vytápění a posouzení ekonomické výhodnosti inteligentního řízení pro vytápění pomocí metody nákladů životního cyklu.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the topic of heating in smart buildings. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly describes the history and concept of smart buildings. Furthermore is explained the difference between classical and system wiring. At the end of the theoretical part, I focus on internal quality of the environment, especially methods and ways for thermal comfort in the building. The practical part compares the methods of heating and the economic advantage of smart control for heating using the life cycle cost method.
