Ohodnocení firem na základě veřejných dat

Abstract

Tématem této práce je hodnocení firmy na základě informací z otevřených zdrojů. V jejím úvodu jsou popsány a analyzovány pozitivní a negativní aspekty projektů, které řeší problém vyhodnocování organizací, ale i zdroje informací, jež jsou pro něj nezbytné. Všechna získaná data byla posouzena a vzhledem k jejich relevanci pro hodnocení organizací, následně byla také strukturována a rozdělena do oblastí, v nichž budou studované organizace testovány. Celkově budou vymezeny 4 hlavní oblasti výzkumu, a to studium jednatelů organizace, samotného subjektu, domén a další drobné aspekty. Dále byla provedena analýza různých aspektů činnosti organizace a jsou uvedeny faktory, které mohou sloužit jako jeden z bodů testování předmětu. Ke každému z faktorů jsou připojena data získaná z otevřených zdrojů. Následně je navržen algoritmus, jenž obsahuje popis skupiny testů a poté clusterovou analýzu, jež byla provedena na sestaveném a testovaném souboru firem, jejímž účelem je rozdělit organizace do samostatných clusterů (skupin) a identifikovat jejich vlastnosti. Výsledkem navrhovaného algoritmu je klasifikační a hodnoticí systém. V závěru celé práce je vytvořena webová aplikace s možností testování požadované organizace a popisu získaných výsledků na základě dříve navrženého klasifikačního systému.

The topic of this work is the evaluation of the company based on information from open sources. The introduction describes and analyzes the positive and negative aspects of projects that address the problem of evaluating organizations, as well as the sources of information that are necessary for it. All obtained data were assessed and due to their relevance for the evaluation of organizations, subsequently it was also structured and divided into areas in which the studied organizations will be tested. In total, 4 main areas of research will be defined, namely the study of executives of the organization, the subject itself, domains and other minor aspects. Furthermore, an analysis of various aspects of the organization's activities was performed and the factors that can serve as one of the points of testing the subject are listed. Each of the factors is accompanied by data obtained from open sources. Subsequently, an algorithm is proposed, which contains a description of a group of tests and then a cluster analysis, which was performed on a compiled and tested set of companies, the purpose of which is to divide organizations into separate clusters (groups) and identify their properties. The result of the proposed algorithm is a classification and evaluation system. At the end of the work, a web application is created with the possibility of testing the required organization and a description of the results obtained on the basis of a previously proposed classification system.
