Přístavba a nástavba kancelářských prostor

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je alternativní návrh obálky budovy na stávajícím objektu se zaměřením na živé stavby. V úvodu práce je posouzení stávajících konstrukcí z tepelného i difuzního hlediska a vypracování energetického štítku budovy na již navržený stav. Hlavním záměrem práce je alternativní návrh konstrukcí s využitím zelených fasád a střech včetně vypracování nejpodstatnějších konstrukčních detailů a řezu. Výsledkem práce je porovnání dvou typů konstrukčních a materiálových řešení obalových konstrukcí z hlediska součinitele prostupu tepla, tepelných ztrát a energetického štítku budovy. Součástí práce je nejen návrh vytápění na nové obalové konstrukce objektu, koncepční schéma vodovodu i kanalizace a nastínění odvětrání objektu, ale i statické posouzení stávajících nosných konstrukcí na nově navržené skladby obálky budovy.

The aim of the diploma thesis is an alternative design of the building envelope on the existing building with a focus on living structures. The introduction of the work is the assessment of existing structures from the thermal and diffusion point of view and the elaboration of the energy label of the building to the already designed condition. The main purpose of the work is an alternative design of structures using green facades and roofs, including the development of the most important structural details and cuts. The result of the work is a comparison of two types of structural and material solutions of packaging structures in terms of heat transfer coefficient, heat loss and energy label of the building. Part of the work is not only the design of heating for new packaging structures of the building, the conceptual scheme of water supply and sewerage and outline ventilation of the building, but also the static assessment of existing load-bearing structures for newly designed building envelopes.
