KOMUNITNÍ CENTRUM V TURNOVĚ

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout soubor dvou moderních budov, které budou splňovat veškeré požadavky pro rozvoj a pomoc spoluobčanům s duševním onemocněním, mentálním nebo kombinovaným postižením, místním menšinám a dětem. Předmětem návrhu jsou objekty komunitního centra a chráněného bydlení. Budova komunitního centra je polyfunkční a slouží několika organizacím, které nabízí sociální, volnočasové a environmentální aktivity. Budova chráněného bydlení je určena pro občany s duševním onemocněním, tělesným a mentálním postižením a funguje na principu postupného osamostatnění jejich uživatelů. Soubor objektů obklopuje komunitní zahrada.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a set of two modern buildings that will meet all the requirements for the development and assistance of fellow citizens with mental illness, mental or combined disabilities, local minorities and children. The subject of the project are the buildings of the community centre and sheltered housing. The community centre building is multifunctional and serves several organizations that offer social, leisure and environmental activities. The sheltered housing building is intended for citizens with mental illness, physical and mental disabilities and operates on the principle of gradual independence of their users. A set of objects surrounds the community garden.
