Nejčastěji používaná radiofarmaka pro terapii v nukleární medicíně

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zabývám obecnou problematikou nejčastěji používaných terapeutických radiofarmak. Předmětem práce je vytvořit přehled nejčastěji používaných terapeutických radiofarmak a provést sběr dat na mnou vybrané nemocnici provádějící terapii otevřenými zářiči. V teoretické části jsem uvedla základy nukleární medicíny, dále jsem vysvětlila význam pojmu radiofarmaka a následně popsala jejich rozdělení. Poté jsem se zaměřila na složení terapeutických radiofarmak, získávání radionuklidů, značení, přepravu, skladování, přípravu v laboratoři a formu aplikace radiofarmak. Dále jsem popsala nejčastěji používaná terapeutická radiofarmaka, u kterých jsem vždy vypsala základní informace k radionuklidu, jakou formou je radiofarmakum aplikováno, doporučené aplikované aktivity, kontraindikace a jak terapie daným radiofarmakem probíhá. Na závěr teoretické části jsem popsala radiační ochranu, kterou je nezbytné dodržovat během léčby na oddělení nukleární medicíny. Praktickou část jsem rozdělila na dvě části. V první části se věnuji dotazníkovému šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit nejčastěji používaná terapeutická radiofarmaka na odděleních nukleární medicíny v České republice. Druhá část se zabývá sběrem dat na mnou vybrané nemocnici. Zde jsem sbírala data v období let 2015 - 2019, které se týkají aplikovaných aktivit všech terapeutických radiofarmak používaných na oddělení, počtu terapií, pohlaví a věku léčených pacientů. Dále jsem popsala průběh terapií prováděných jak na lůžkovém oddělení, tak na ambulantní části pracoviště a práci v laboratořích s těmito radiofarmaky.

In my thesis, I focus on the general issues of therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals. The aim of this thesis is to create an overview of the most frequently used therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and to collect data in a selected hospital that practices therapy with open emitters. In the theoretical part, I described on the basics of nuclear medicine, defined what radiopharmaceuticals are, and listed their categories. Thereafter, I focused on the composition of radiopharmaceuticals, obtaining of radionuclides, labelling, transport and storage in laboratories and forms of application of the radiopharmaceuticals. I further described the most often used therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and listed each's basic information about their radionuclide, forms of its application, recommended applied activities, contraindications and the progress of the therapy. Lastly, I described the necessary radiation protection, that is essential to follow during the treatment at the department of nuclear medicine. The research part is divided into two parts. In the first part, I discuss the results of the survey aimed at establishing of the most often applied radiopharmaceuticals at the departments of nuclear medicine in the Czech Republic. The second part focuses on the data from a chosen hospital covering the period 2015 to 2019. These data cover applied activities of all therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals used at the department, number of therapies, and treated patients' age and gender. I further described the progress of therapies applied both at the inpatient department and ambulant care and the work in the laboratories with these radiopharmaceuticals.
