Kazuistika rehabilitační péče u pacientky s dětskou mozkovou obrnou a Pierre Robinovou sekvencí

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacientky s dětskou mozkovou obrnou a Pierre Robinovou sekvencí. Práce je rozdělena do 6 hlavních částí: současný stav, metodika, speciální část, výsledky, diskuse a závěr. Kapitola současný stav je rozdělena na dvě části, ve kterých jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o daných diagnózách, jejich projevech, diagnostice, léčbě a fyzioterapeutických metodách. V části metodika jsou popsány vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy použité ve speciální části. Speciální část je zpracována ve formě kazuistiky, obsahuje základní údaje o pacientce, vstupní a výstupní vyšetření a popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Na základě výstupního vyšetření jsou v kapitole výsledky popsány výsledky terapie. V závěru je potom zhodnoceno splnění cílů a efekt dané terapie. V kapitole diskuse je pojednáno o problematice daných diagnóz.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a case report of a patient with cerebral palsy and Pierre Robin sequence. The thesis is divided into 6 main parts: the current state, methodology, special part, results, discussion and conclusion. The chapter, which describes the current state is divided into two parts which summarize the theoretical information about given diseases, symptoms, diagnostics, treatment and physiotherapy methods. The methodology part describes the examination and therapy methods which are used in the special part. The special part is written up in the form of a case report. It contains the basic information about the patient, the initial and final examination and the description of the individual therapy units. The results of the therapy are described based on the final examination. In the final part, the accomplished goals and the effect of the given therapy are evaluated. The issues of the diseases are discussed in the discussion chapter.
