Obsahem bakalářské práce je problematika krizové intervence, poskytovaná základními složkami integrovaného záchranného systému, tedy Hasičským záchranným sborem České Republiky, Policií České Republiky a poskytovateli Zdravotnické záchranné služby. The content of the bachelor thesis is the issue of crisis intervention, provided by the basic components of the integrated rescue system, ie the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, the Police of the Czech Republic and the provider of the Emergency Medical Service. The main aim of this work is to find out what influence and psychological impacts the post-traumatic care has on the interventions themselves and what their opinion is on the current state of post-traumatic care in each of rescue service. This is an up-to-date topic, as the tragic ending is occurring daily today, and increasingly greater and greater demands are placed on the interventions themselves, both in terms of preparedness to provide psychological care and in dealing with the stress developed during the emergencies. The theoretical part brings a comprehensive view of the issue, defines the basic concepts such as: stress, emotions, crisis intervention. The thesis also deals with related topics such as acute stress response and post-traumatic stress disorder. The theoretical part of the thesis also emphasizes more complex description of psychological services at the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, the Police of the Czech Republic and providers of medical rescue services. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, in which the objectives of the thesis, research questions, research sample and methods of data collection and processing are defined. The research is based on the evaluation of anonymous non-standardized questionnaires, which were distributed among members of the Fire Rescue Service, the Police of the Czech Republic and employees of medical rescue service providers who are members of post-traumatic care teams. The obtained data are processed in the form of graphs and tables. Based on the data obtained in the questionnaire survey, the research questions are answered and furthermore, a comparison of the results obtained by us with the results of other authors' research is carried out in the discussion. At the end of the work are summarized our results and goals of the work.
