Pracovní zátěž a její vliv na partnerské vztahy u příslušníků HZS ČR

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovní zátěží a jejím vlivem na partnerské vztahy příslušníků HZS ČR. V teoretické části jsou popsány mechanismy ovlivňující prožívání jedinců z hlediska psychiky, zvládání stresu pomocí copingových strategií, principy vztahů a specifika práce u HZS ČR. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky, které jsme získali z 30 kvalitativních dotazníků, které vyplňovali hasiči a jejich partnerky. Tyto dotazníky jsme spárovali a pomocí obsahové analýzy a komparace odpovědí jsme zjišťovali, které aspekty práce hasičů ovlivňují jejich partnerský život. Kromě hlavního cíle práce jsme objevili i několik zajímavých trendů, které by bylo dobré dále prozkoumat. Na závěr jsme podle zjištěných informací uvedli doporučení. Jelikož je práce kvalitativního charakteru, byla by potřeba objevené tendence ověřit pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu. Cíl práce jsme splnili. Zjistili jsme, jak stres z práce hasičů ovlivňuje partnerské vztahy, jestli se s tím dokáží vyrovnat a jestli tyto skutečnosti ve větší míře ovlivňují spokojenost ve vztahu.

This bachelor thesis deals with work burden and its influence of relationships of fire rescue service members. In theoretical part are described mechanisms, which influence psyche of individuals, coping strategies that help with stress management and principals of relations and specification of work at fire rescue service. In practical part, I processed the results that we got from 15 pairs, each consisting of firefighter and his partner. We paired these questionnaires and with the help of content analysis we found out which aspects of firefighter's work influence their romantic relationships. Apart from the primary task of this work, we also found a lot of interesting trends, which would be interesting to examine further. In the conclusion, we provided a recommendation based on the found information. Since this work is of a qualitative character, it would be necessary to verify these findings with the help of quantitative research. We accomplished the primary task of this work. We found out how work stress influences romantic relationships, if they can deal with the stress and whether it affects to a larger extent happiness in relationship.
