The aim of this work was to design dipole antenna elements for a regional hyperthermic system for the treatment of tumors in the pelvic region, which is being developed at FBMI CTU in Prague. The partial aim was to create 3D models from real CT images of ten patients treated with tumors in the abdominal cavity. Three dipoles working at 70, 100 and 150 MHz were designed in the program Sim4Life. These antenna elements were placed in a numerical model of the hyperthermic system and virtually tested with respect to the possibility of heating on ten 3D models of patients. Systems using four and eight antennas were simulated and compared at these three frequencies. In addition, a system using 16 antennas in two rings was created for the frequency 150 MHz. The evaluation of the designed hyperthermia systems was performed using the quantities used in the planning of hyperthermia treatment - parameters THQ, TC25 and TC50. As expected, the best result was achieved with the system consisting of 16 antennas working at frequency 150 MHz. Positive results were also achieved with the systems with four dipoles, which also fulfilled the condition of a successful treatment, when the parameter TC25 exceeded the required value of 75 %.
