Problematika domácí oxygenoterapie kojenců

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou technického zajištění a nákladů na domácí a nemocniční oxygenoterapii kojenců s bronchopulmonální dysplazií. Identifikuje a rozebírá systémové procesy, které vznikají s provozem kyslíkového zásobníku v domácnosti v souvislosti s bezpečností pacienta i celé rodiny. K optimalizaci technického zajištění jsou použity metody hodnotového inženýrství a multikriteriálního rozhodování. Dále práce zjišťuje náklady, které jsou spojeny s oxygenoterapií prováděnou v nemocnici a v domácím prostředí pacienta. Analýza nákladů je provedena pomocí analýzy minimalizace nákladů, jelikož nedochází k významným odchylkám mezi klinickými efekty jednotlivých metod. Zjištěné náklady jsou na závěr porovnány.

This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of technical equipment and costs of Home oxygenotherapy and oxygenotherapy in a hospital for infants with Bronchopulmonary dysplasia. It identifies and discusses the systemic processes, which arise with the operation of the oxygen reservoir in the home in connection with patient and family safety. Methods of value engineering and multiple criteria decisions are used to optimize technical equipment. The thesis also considers the cost of Home oxygenotherapy and oxygen therapy in the hospital. The thesis identifies the costs associated with oxygen therapy in the hospital and in the patient's home. Cost analysis is performer by cost minimization analysis, as there is no significant variation between clinical and other method. The observed costs are compared at the end.
