Potenciál zvýšení efektivity procesu reklamace

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je nákladová dekompozice reklamačního procesu ve společnosti Linet s r.o., provedená na podkladech dostupných provozně nákladových položek společnosti a legislativně obchodních požadavků na reklamace kladených. Výsledkem práce bude komplexní nákladová analýza reklamačního procesu, a identifikace oblastí s nejvyšší zjištěnou potenciální neefektivitou doloženou jejich kalkulacemi. Dále na základě analýzy zjištěných slabých míst procesu reklamace dojde k navržení optimalizačních řešení těchto neefektivit. To přinese výsledné kalkulace potenciálních úspor plynoucích z navržených optimalizací.

The aim of the diploma thesis is a cost decomposition of the claim process in the Linet company. The aim will be carried out on the basis of available operational cost items of the company and legislative business requirements for complaints. The result of the diploma thesis will be a complex cost analysis of the claim process, and the identification of areas with the highest identified potential inefficiency evidence by the calculation. Furthermore, based on the analysis of the identified weaknesses of the claim process, optimization solutions for these inefficiencies will be designed. This will result in the final calculations of the potential financial savings based on the designed optimization.
