Zdravotní rizika vznikající v důsledku povodní

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou zdravotní rizika vznikající v důsledku povodní zkoumané ve vybraných městech Ústeckého kraje. K vypracování byla použita data z Krajské hygienické stanice a Magistrátu města Ústí nad Labem. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou povodní, příslušným legislativním rámcem a ochranou obyvatelstva týkající se problematikou povodní. Dále byla v této části popsána zdravotní rizika a podrobná charakteristika území Ústeckého kraje. Praktická část je zaměřena zejména na zdravotní rizika, vzniklá vlivem povodní v roce 2002 a 2013 na území Ústeckého kraje. Nejdříve je probrán samotný vznik a průběh povodně na který poté navazuje výskyt zdravotních rizik za daný rok. Dále byla provedena jejich komparace a vyhodnocení na základě dostupných informací. Námi zpracované výsledky jsou pro lepší přehlednost zaneseny v souhrnných grafech a tabulkách. V závěru byla navrhnuta možná opatření ke zlepšení.

The theme of the Bachelor thesis are health risks arising from floods, investigated in selected towns of the Ústí Region. The data from the Regional Hygiene Station and the Municipality of Ústí nad Labem were used to elaborate this thesis. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of floods, the relevant legislative framework and the protection of population related to floods. Furthermore, health risks and detailed characteristics of the Ústí Region were described in this section. The practical part is focused mainly on health risks caused by floods in 2002 and 2013 in the Ústí Region. Firstly, the origin and course of the flood is described, followed by the occurrence of health risks for the given year. Furthermore, they were compared and evaluated on the basis of available information. Our results are presented in well-arranged graphs and tables for better clarity. In conclusion, possible improvement measures were proposed.
