Nejčastější příčiny opakování zobrazovacích vyšetření na radiodiagnostickém oddělení

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se věnoval zjišťování nejčastějších příčin opakování vyšetření na skiagrafii a výpočetní tomografii, neboť právě tyto dvě modality patří v radiodiagnostice mezi nejvíce využívané. V teoretické části práce jsem se zabýval vlastnostmi rentgenového záření a jeho vznikem, radiační ochranou a principy vybraných radiodiagnostických zobrazovacích metod. V praktické části práce jsem zjišťoval příčiny opakovaných vyšetření na uvedených modalitách. Za tímto účelem jsem vypracoval dotazníky, které sloužily k zaznamenávání opakovaných vyšetření. Dotazníky jsem následně distribuoval na radiodiagnostická pracoviště tří vybraných nemocnic. V dotaznících jsem kromě samotných příčin opakování vyšetření sledoval také jejich další parametry. Získaná data jsem zpracoval formou grafů a tabulek. Dále jsem použil data poskytnutá pracovišti, která zahrnují období několika let a vybrané kazuistiky opakovaných CT vyšetření.

In my bachelor thesis I aimed at finding the most frequent causes of why the examinations on skiagraphy and computation tomography are being repeated. As a maMer of fact, just these two modalities are the most widely used ones within the radiodiagnostics. In the theoretical part of my thesis I addressed the radiographic radiation properties and X-ray production, radiation protection and the principles of selected radiodiagnostic display methods. In the practical part of my thesis I focused on finding out the causes of repeated examinations at the aforementioned modalities. For this purpose, I developed the questionnaires which were then applied for recording the repeated examinations. Subsequently I distributed these questionnaires within the radiodiagnostic workplaces of three hospitals that I chose. In the questionnaires, aside from the causes of the repeated examinations themselves, I followed their other parametres as well. I then processed the acquired data in the form of charts and tables. In additon I applied the data provided by the workplaces. These data encompass the period of several years and include selected cases of repeated CT examinations.
