Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je spracovanie problematiky stability lopatky a zhodnotenie vplyvu dvoch fyzioterapeutických metód - Spirálnej stabilizácie a Dynamicko neuromuskulárnej stabilizácie na stabilitu lopatky. Teoretická časť práce popisuje anatómiu, kineziológiu a funkčné poruchy súvisiace s oblasťou lopatiek. Ďalej predstavuje princíp a popis zvolených metód i využitých cvikov v praktickej časti bakalárskej práce. Praktická časť obsahuje vstupné i výstupné vyšetrenia štyroch probandov spolu s popisom priebehu cvičebných jednotiek každého probanda. Vyhodnotenie výsledkov zvolenej terapie predstavujú dáta spracované formou tabuliek ako porovnanie zmien medzi vstupným a výstupným vyšetrením probandov. Výsledky sú následne zhodnotené i v diskusii a závere bakalárskej práce.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the processing of the scapular stability issues and the evaluation of the effect of two physiotherapeutic methods - Spiral stabilization and Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization on the scapular stability. The theoretical part describes anatomy, kinesiology and functional disorders related to the area of the scapula. Furthermore, it presents the principle and description of selected methods and exercises used in the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The practical section includes entry and exit examinations of four probands along with a description of the training units of each proband. The evaluation of the results of the selected therapy represents data processed in the form of tables as a comparison of the changes between the input and the output examination of probands. The results are then evaluated in the discussion and conclusion of the bachelor thesis.
