Zjištění akomodační amplitudy u mladých dospělých osob

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou akomodace oka. Na začátku je popsána anatomie a fyziologie struktur očního aparátu, které se podílejí na procesu akomodace. Dále je v práci podrobně popsán mechanizmus akomodace, faktory ovlivňující průběh a vývoj akomodace. Další část práce je věnována historii, kde jsou popsány hlavní teorie, které se tímto mechanismem zabývaly. Práce pokračuje klasifikací akomodace a vyjmenováním poruch akomodace, včetně jejich následného řešení. Pro další pokračování práce a její experimentální část je důležitá definice základních pojmů jako daleký bod, blízký bod, akomodační interval, akomodační amplituda a metody pro stanovení akomodační amplitudy. V poslední kapitole je přiblížené propojení mechanizmů akomodace a konvergence. Experimentální část práce se zabývá zjišťováním akomodační amplitudy u 56 respondentů subjektivními metodami ,,push-up", ,,push-down" a metodou rozptylky a zkoumá několik faktorů, které jí můžou ovlivnit. Dále se práce zabývá statistickým zpracováním zjištěných dat a porovnáním s jinými výzkumy.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the accommodation of the eye. At the beginning, the anatomy and physiology of the structures of the ophthalmologist, which are involved in the accommodation process are described. Further, there is a detailed description of the accommodation mechanism, factors influencing the course and development of accommodation. Another part is devoted to the history, which describes the main theories that were dealt with by this mechanism. The work continues with the classification of accommodation and the inclusion of accommodation disorders, including their subsequent solution. For the continuation of the thesis and its experimental part it is important to define the basic concepts as far point, near point, an accommodation interval, an amplitude of accommodation and methods for determining an amplitude of accommodation. The last charter describes the connection between accommodation and convergence mechanisms. The experimental part of the thesis deals with the detection of accommodative amplitude of 56 respondents using subjective methods of push-up, push-down and the minus lens to blur and examines several factors that can influence it. Then the work deals with statistical processing of the data and comparing with other research.
