Vliv fyzioterapie na nestabilitu kolenního kloubu u výkonnostních fotbalistů

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou nestability kolenních kloubů u výkonnostních fotbalistů různých věkových kategorií. Nejčastější příčinou této nestability bývá dříve vzniklé poranění kolenního kloubu. Proto jako cíl této práce bylo zvoleno odstranění stávajících obtíží a prevence vzniku dalších zranění. Z toho důvodu byly navrženy individuální terapeutické plány zaměřující se především na funkční stabilizaci kolenního kloubu. Práci představují tři části, kapitoly. První, nazvaná Současný stav, představuje anatomické a kineziologické informace o kolenním kloubu. Také je zde popsán vznik celé skupiny poranění a jejich prevence u tohoto kloubu. Tato část slouží jako teoretický podklad. Je zde i zmínka o fotbale jako takovém, a jeho vlivu na tělo sportovce. V další části jsou popsány vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy pro fyzioterapeutickou intervenci u hráčů fotbalu. Ve speciální části byly na základě provedení vstupních kineziologických rozborů vytvořeny individuální terapeutické plány, které byly aplikovány v terapeutických jednotkách. Porovnáním hodnot vstupních a výstupních rozborů byl zhodnocen efekt terapie u každého probanda.

The thesis covers the problematic of instability of knee-joints in professional football players of various age groups. The most common cause of this instability is a former injury to the knee-joint. Therefore, as the objective of this thesis, the elimination of the current problems and prevention of further injuries were chosen. Individual therapeutic plans were set that focused mainly on the functional stabilization of the knee-joint. The thesis consists of three parts, chapters. The first, Current state, gives anatomic and kinesiological information about the knee-joint. Also, the whole group of injuries and their prevention in this joint are described. This part serves as a theoretical basis. There is also a mention of football as such and its influence on the player's body. In the next part, examination and therapeutical processes for physiotherapeutic intervention in football players are described. In the special part, individual therapeutic plans were set based on initial kinesiological analysis and these were applied in therapeutic units. The effect of the therapy was evaluated by comparing the entrance and leaving analyses for each subject.
