Průmysl a Vzdělávání 4.0

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce slouží především k hlubšímu poznání problematiky vzdělávání v kontextu s Průmyslem 4.0. Práce se skládá z teoretické části, která je zejména rešerší pro uspořádání hlavních myšlenek a principů tohoto konceptu a praktické části, která obsahuje odpovědi zástupců jednotlivých skutečných firem na mnou vytvořený dotazník. Význam práce spočívá v rozsáhlém a podrobně zpracovaném mapování problému. Obsahuje minulé, aktuální i případné budoucí koncepty, návrhy, vize a řešení. Součástí práce je zapracování konceptu Průmyslu 4.0 do oblasti strojírenství a vzdělávání na strojních fakultách. Naznačeny jsou i vlivy současných trendů Průmyslu 4.0 na formování modelů školství.

This bachelor's thesis aims primarily for providing deeper understanding of the issues of education in the context of Industry 4.0. The thesis consists of two parts. The first, theoretical part, is a recherche for sorting of the main ideas and principles of this concept. The second, practical part, also then contain the answers of representatives of individual real-world companies to the questionnaire created by the author of this thesis. The significance of the work lies in the extensive and detailed mapping of the problem. It contains past, current and possible future concepts, proposals, visions and solutions. Incorporation of the concept of Industry 4.0 into the field of engineering and education at the faculties of mechanical engineering is also a part of this thesis. Furthermore, the impact of Industry 4.0 on the formation of individual education models is also incorporated.
