Dynamická analýza ozubených převodů

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou torzní dynamiky ozubení, vlivem časově proměnlivé tuhosti zubů v záběru a výrobních nepřesností (úchylkou převodového poměru), jakožto vnitřních budících účinků, které mají vliv na celkové výsledky frekvenční analýzy. Součástí práce je také MKP analýza a identifikace tuhosti záběru modelu ozubených kol pro možnost porovnání s teoretickým výpočtem.

This thesis deals with the torsion dynamics of gearing, the influence of time-varying meshing stiffness and manufacturing inaccuracies (deviation of the transmission ratio – transmission error) as internal excitation effects on the overall results of frequency analysis. The thesis also includes FEM analysis and stiffness identification of the gear model, for comparison with the theoretical calculation.
