Podnikatelský plán

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru na základě výchozích podmínek investora Ing. Ctibora Šturce na jeho vlastním pozemku v obci Chýně. Práce slouží investorovi při rozhodování, zda vynaloží prostředky na tento nový podnikatelský záměr, a v budoucnu mu pomůže jako podklad pro jednotlivé kroky projektu. Předmětem je výstavba lesního mateřského klubu spojeného s farmou a jezdeckým klubem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje účel a strukturu podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části se věnuji vlastnímu zpracování podnikatelského plánu na základě požadavků investora.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a business plan based on the initial conditions of the investor Ing. Ctibor Šturc. Plan will set up in the village of Chýně, the land is owned by investor. This business plan serve for decision making of the investor and It will help him to schedule him single steps of the business plan in the future. The object is the establishment of a forest kindergarten connected with a farm and an equestrian club. The work is divided into theoretical and prac-tical part. The theoretical part defines the purpose of the business plan and its structure. In the practical part I deal with my own elaboration of a business plan based on the requirements of the investor.
