Abstract

Předmětem práce je rodinný dům který zajišťuje příjemné soužití více generací a umožňuje tak zachování a posilování harmonických rodinných vazeb, jak tomu bylo v dřívějších dobách na vesnici zvykem. Navenek střídmý, kompaktní dům, který je otevřen svým srdcem zahradě, umožňuje hramonické propojení člověka s přírodou. K zadání jsem přistupovala tak, abych zachovala jedinečnost lokality a zároveň respektovala všechny požadavky zadavatele. Využila jsem prvky moderní architektury, vložila vlastní kreativitu a pracovala na souznění domu s okolím. Výsledkem je osobitý dům na jedinečném místě. Portfolio obsahuje úvodní seznámení s návrhem a principem domu, následují vizualizace a vybrané části dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Součástí dokumentace pro stavební povolení je i energetický koncept budovy.

The content of the bachelor thesis is the family house which ensure pleasant co-living of several generations and allows the preservation and strengthening of harmonious family ties, as it was common for living in the villages in the past. Sober and compact house on the outside, which is open to the garden with its heart allows harmonic connection between people and nature. I approached the assignment in such a way to preserve the uniqueness of the location and at the same time respect all the requirement of the client. I used elements of the modern architecture, put in my own creativity and worked on the harmony of the house with the surroundings. The result is a distinctive house in a unique location. The portfolio contains of an introductory to the design and the idea of the house. It is followed with the visualisations and the selected parts of the documentation for building permit The energy concept of the building is also a part of the documentation.
