Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu na Praze 5 – Barrandově pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit projekt v rozsahu architektonické studie, součástí zadání bylo také zpracování vybrané technické dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Návrh vychází z požadavků klientů a z podmínek lokality, které jsou zejména svažitost terénu, pohledy sousedů, potřeba využít jižní slunce, hluk z ulice Barrandovská a nádherné výhledy na Prahu a Prokopské skály. Dvoupodlažní objekt je dělen do tří různoběžných funkčních křídel, je zastřešen skloněnými plochými střechami.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the design of a family house for a family of four – a couple and their two children in Prague 5 – Barrandov. The aim was to compile a design and the corresponding related technical documentation for a family house at the level of an architectural study and its selected parts of the technical documentation for construction. The concept emerges from the specific requests of the clients as well as the most important aspects of the surroundings, which are for example the terrain, neighbouring buildings, utilizing southern sunlight, noise and beautiful views. This two-storey family house is divided into three wings, each with a flat roof.
