Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro pětičlennou rodinu (s nájemní bytovou jednotkou navíc) v Praze - Dejvicích. Řešená parcela je součástí souboru nezastavěných pozemků určených pro výstavbu rodinných domů ve vilové čtvrti poblíž Hanspaulky. Zpracovaná parcela přiléhá k Neherovské ulici a stoupá severozápadním směrem. Výhledy na Prahu, které se naskýtají z blízkého okolí, většinově blokují domy protější strany ulice. Hlavní hmota domu je úmístěná do východní části pozemku, využívá tak průhled mezi zástavbou, který je orientován přímo směrem na Žižkovskou věž. Dům je podlouhlý a úzký tak, aby svojí hmotou nezabíral jižní a jihozápadní část zahrady. Suterén domu tvoří bariéru mezi úrovní ulice a zahradou. Protahuje se ve směru kolmém na hlavní hmotu domu. Takto vzniklý tvar kompenzuje stoupání terénu, vyrovnává část zahrady a odděluje ji výškovým rozdílem od ulice. Nájemní bytová jednotka má vyhrazenou část zahrady v úrovni ulice. Hlavní bytová jednotka má tři podlaží. 2NP je klidovou - soukromou částí, a proto se uzavírá ve srovnání se společenskou částí v 1NP. Ta se zcela otevírá do zahrady, aniž by bylo od ulice narušené soukromí díky vyvýšení nad úroveň ulice. V 1PP se nachází technické zázemí, sportovní místnost (orientovaná do přezahrádky) a hudebna, která využívá obklopující hmotu pro odhlučnění. Nájemní bytová jednotka se nachází v úrovni suterénu v jižní části pozemku. Je krytá vegetační střechou, která navazuje na hlavní část zahrady.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a design of a family house for a family of five (adding an apartment for rent) in Prague - Dejvice. The plot of land in question is a part of a small undeveloped area intended for family housing within a larger area of villa houses. It is near the Hanspaulka area. The considered land is adjacent to Neherovská street from which it slopes up in north-west direction. View of Prague enriching the general area in mostly obscured by houses on the opposite side of Neherovská street. The main mass of the house is located in the eastern part of the plot, thus taking advatage of an opening between the two houses on the other side of the street. Throught the openinig a view of Žižkovská tower presentes itself. The house is oblong and narrow so that it doesn’t occupy the southern part of the garden. Basement acts as a barrier between levels of the street and of the garden. It stretches in a direction perpendicular to the main mass. Thusly created shape compensates the sloup of the terrain and brings about an even surface in part of the garden. The Apartment for rent has it’s own part of the garden delimited on the level of the street. The house has three floors. The first floor is contain the quiet - private section, therefore it is closed in comparison with the social - common section on the ground floor. The ground floor is fully open towards the garden while remaining separated from the street by the difference in elevation. The basement contains technical facilities, sports room (oriented towards the front garden) and a music room conviniently placed under ground for soundproofing effect. The apartment for rent is on the levevel of basement in the southern part of the plot and it is sheltered by a green roof which is an extention to the main garden.
