Abstract

Projekt řeší návrh domova pro seniory, který vychází z předdiplomního urbanistického projektu Villapark Spiritka. Hlavním cílem bylo vytvořit prostor, ve kterém se budou starší lidé cítit příjemně, prostor, který bude uzpůsoben jejich zdravotním omezením a zároveň nebude působit nemocničním dojmem, prostor, který bude domovem. Lidé ve stáří bývají často osamělí, tomu jsem se snažila návrhem zabránit. Navrhovaný objekt svým tvarem a hmotou reaguje především na složitost terénu, který byl primárním odrazovým bodem návrhu. Svou výškou nijak nepřevyšuje okolní zástavbu, spíše naopak, a podporuje základní myšlenku urbanistického návrhu, bydlení v zeleni. Oválný tvar umocňuje soudržnost a rodinný charakter domu. Pomyslným srdcem je pak vnitřní nádvoří. Oáza klidu a bezpečí zcela oddělena od okolního města. Pokoje rezidentů jsou umístěny podél jihovýchodní až jihozápadní fasády. Naopak podél severní fasády se nalézá pobytová chodba. Objekt má celkem dvě nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní. Hlavní vstup do objektu je ze západní strany. Odtud se vymezují dvě sekce přízemí. Severní, která je vyhrazena ubytování rezidentů, a jižní, společenská, stravovací a z části i veřejná. Je zde umístěna ordinace lékaře. Vstup do objektu je monitorován recepcí z důvodu zamezení vniku neoprávněných osob. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je celé vyhrazeno ubytování rezidentů. V podzemním podlaží jsou pak umístěny veškeré technologie nutné pro provoz a zároveň tělocvična s rehabilitační místností sloužící jednak rezidentům a jednak může být pronajímána pro potřeby okolních obyvatel. Snažila jsem se vytvořit dům, ve kterém nebudou vedle sebe žít cizí lidé, ale lidé, co se znají a přátelí.

The project addresses the design of a retirement home, which is based on the pre-diploma urban planning project Villapark Spiritka. The main goal was to create a space where elderly people would feel comfortable, a space that would be adapted to their health limitations and at the same time would not give the impression of a hospital, a space that would be home. Elderly people often feel alone, which I tried to prevent with this design. The proposed object with its shape and material responds mainly to the complexity of the terrain, which was the starting-point of the proposal. With its height, it does not exceed the surrounding buildings, rather the other way around, and supports the basic idea of the urban design, which is living in greenery. The oval shape enhances the cohesiveness and the homely character of the house. The imaginary heart is the inner courtyard. An oasis of peace and safety is completely separated from the outside city. The residents’ rooms are situated along the southeast to the southwest facade. Contrarily, the residential corridor is to be found along the northern facade. The building has a total of two aboveground levels and one underground level. The main entrance of the building is located on the west side. From there, two sections of the ground level are delimited. The northern one, which is reserved for the residents’ accommodation, and the southern one – social, catering and partly public. There is a doctor’s office located here. The building entrance is monitored by the reception to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons. The second aboveground floor is reserved entirely for the accommodation of residents’. On the underground floor are located all the technologies necessary for the operation and at the same time, a gym with a rehabilitation room -serving both residents and that can be rented for the needs of surrounding residents. I tried my best to create a house, where not strangers, but people who know each other and are friends with each other will live aside.
