Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma „Sdružení stavebních společností za účelem společné realizace zakázky“ je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část uvádí, z jakých důvodů se stavební podniky spojují při realizaci zakázek. Je zde definován pojem společnost a popsány základní charakteristiky tohoto společného podnikání. Značná pozornost je věnována smlouvě mezi společníky a jejímu dodatku. Závěrečná část se zabývá problematikou účtování ve sdružení a odlišnostmi při vyhodnocování zakázky oproti běžným projektům realizovaným pouze jedním zhotovitelem. V praktické části bakalářské práce je posouzeno množství veřejných zakázek realizovaných ve sdružení a vyhodnocena analýza ve formě dotazníkového šetření. Cílem zkoumání je popis a porovnání praktických zkušenosti účastníků sdružení. Předmětem zjišťování jsou organizační uspořádání různých sdružení, jejich hlavní výhody i problémy, jež respondenti ve sdružení spatřují.

The bachelor thesis “Association of construction companies for joint implementation of the contract” is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the reasons for associating the construction companies for joint implementation of the contract. It defines the term “joint venture” and describes its basic characteristics. Significant attention is drawn to the contract between the partners and its amendment. The final part of the thesis deals with accounting in the association, as well as differences in the evaluation of contact with respect to the usual projects realized by a single contractor. The practical part of the bachelor thesis assesses the number of public contracts implemented in the association and evaluates the analysis in the form of a questionnaire survey. The research aims to describe and compare the practical experience of associations’ participants. The survey focuses on the organizational structure of various associations, their main advantages, and problems that the respondents perceive in an association.
