Návrh strategie využití zelených střech ve městě Říčany

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem strategie využití zelených střech na území města Říčany. Cílem je seznámit s problematikou konceptu zelených střech, provést analýzu současného stavu a navrhnout vhodná opatření, včetně lokalit. V teoretické části práce je nejprve popsán koncept udržitelného rozvoje a v souvislosti s tématem práce je tato část dále zaměřena na historii a definici zelených střech, jejich významné funkce, typologii, předpoklady pro realizaci, příklady z praxe a formy podpory z hlediska dostupné literatury. Prak-tická část práce je v potřebném rozsahu věnována charakteristice města Ří-čany, výchozí situaci ve městě a detailnímu popisu již realizovaných či budou-cích projektů. Následuje vlastní průzkum využívající kvalitativních i kvantita-tivních metod. Z výsledků průzkumu jsou identifikovány vhodné oblasti a za pomoci metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení vyjádřena vítězná varianta.

The diploma thesis deals with a proposal of a strategy of using green roofs in the city of Říčany. The aim is to familiarize with the problems of the concept of green roofs, to analyze the current situation and propose appropriate measures, including localities. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the concept of sustainable development is described first and in connection with the theme of the thesis, this part is further focused on the history and definition of green roofs, their important functions, typology, prerequisites for implemen-tation. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the necessary extent to the characteristics of the city of Říčany, the initial situation in the city and a de-tailed description of already realized or future projects. This is followed by a survey using qualitative and quantitative methods. Appropriate areas are identified from the survey results and the winning variant is expressed using multi-criteria assessment methods.
