Hodnocení procesu adaptace zaměstnanců ve společnosti ML Czech Republic s.r.o.

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je hodnocení procesu adaptace zaměstnanců ML CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o., dceřiné firmy francouzské společnosti celio. Cílem je zanalyzovat průběh procesu adaptace a doporučit možné kroky k jeho optimalizaci v rámci podmínek oblasti retailu a provozu na prodejnách celio. Teoretická část uvádí základní činnosti z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, které s adaptací souvisí, a zaměřuje se na adaptaci jako takovou. V praktické části se začíná popisem firmy, jejích činností a prostředí. Informace jsou získávány formou vlastního pozorování, interních dokumentů a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, zjišťujících postoje zaměstnanců k procesu adaptace. Výsledkem je návrh doporučení ke zvýšení efektivity procesu adaptace nových zaměstnanců, vycházející z charakteristiky firmy a analyzovaných informací.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of employee adaptation process in ML CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o., a subsidiary of the French company celio. The aim is to analyze the course of the adaptation process and to recommend possible steps for its optimization within the conditions of the retail area and operation in celio stores. The theoretical part presents the basic HR activities related to the adaptation and the adaptation as such. The practical part begins with a description of the company, its activities and environment. The information is obtained through self-observation, internal documents and semi-structured interviews, finding out the attitudes of employees to the adaptation process. The result is a draft recommendation how to increase the efficiency of the adaptation process of new employees, based on the characteristics of the company and analyzed information.
