Účinné metody klasifikace barev vozidel

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou klasifikace barev dopravních prostředků a segmentace obrazu jako součást problému. Tato práce obsahuje přehled, implementace a porovnání vybraných metod, které byly navíc rozšířeny o algoritmy zvyšující jejich účinnost. Pro segmentaci byla představena nová metoda založená na principu Bayesova klasifikátoru, jejíž výsledky překonaly ostatní srovnávané metody. Práce je zaměřena na klasické i moderní metody strojového učení. Součástí práce je příprava dvou datových sad pro trénování a testování klasifikačních algoritmů.

This thesis deals with the color classification of vehicles and segmentation as a part of the task. It contains overview, implementations, and comparison of the selected methods, which were extended for algorithms improving the accuracy. A new algorithm was introduced for segmentation based on Bayes classifier and the results surpassed other compared methods. This thesis is focussed on classical and modern algorithms of machine learning. Two datasets were prepared for training and testing the classification algorithms.
