Diplomová práce se zabývá oscilátorem založeným na zesilovači s rozprostřeným zesílením. Stručně shrnuje dosud publikované výsledky a dále rozvíjí nový malosignálový analytický aparát. Odlišný přístup založený na konstrukci dílčích přenosových funkcí $H_i(\tilde{s})$ pomocí Čebyševových polynomů zahrnuje výsledky předchozích prací. Vyšetřování řad $\sum_i k_i H_i(\tilde{s})$, $k_i\in\mathbb{C}$, navíc poskytuje obecnější techniky založené na analýze a syntéze filtrů a poskytuje nový přístup ke studiu mnohoznačnosti Barkhausenova kritéria a ladicí funkce tohoto typu oscilátoru. This master thesis adresses an oscillator based on a distributed amplifier. The core of the thesis develops a new small-signal analytical approach, drawing the link between the classical filter theory and oscillators based on a distributed amplifier. The first part briefly summarizes state of the art, while in the second part a novel approach based on the construction of a set of transfer functions $ H_i (\tilde{s}) $ is introduced. Close form analytical formulas arising from Chebyshev polynomials are derived. The results obtained allows both simpler and more general formulation, opening a new perspective in the study of ambiguity of the Barkhausen stability criterion and tuning function by studying finite series $\sum_i k_i H_i(\tilde{s})$, $k_i\in\mathbb{C}$. According to an extensive study of the series properties utilizing developed tools, modification in oscillator topology is proposed. The previously used pair of transistors in the first section of oscillator is not used in this design. Radial stub perturbation of a periodically loaded line is used instead, to overcome the problem with finite zeros of oscillator. The sample was simulated and manufactured. The last part presents the achieved results.
