Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce "Antropomorfní testovací zařízení - jeho vlastnosti a výroba" je seznámení s testovacími figurínami jako takovými, jejich historií a použitím. Toto pojednání je doplněno o legislativu, vztahující se na oblast bezpečnosti, a to konkrétně se zaměřením na homologaci nových prototypů vozidel, dále pak na měřicí zařízení nebo biomechanická kritéria hodnocená u konkrétních typů nárazu. Cílem praktické části bylo znovuodlití testovací figuríny z materiálů řady Lukopren N za použití odlišného poměru směsi vzhledem k prvnímu pokusu odlitku. Spolu s tím byly představeny i další typy materiálů, které by bylo možné k tvorbě výrobku použít.

The subject of bachelor's thesis "Anthropomorphic Test Devices - Its Atributes and Manufacturing" is the acquaintance with the Crash test dummies as such, their history and use. This treatise is supplemented by legislation related to the area of safety, specifically focusing on the homologation of new vehicle prototypes, as well as measuring equipment or the biomechanical criteria evaluated for the specific types of impact. The aim of the practical part was to re-cast Crash test dummy from the materials of the Lukopren N series using a different mixture ratio due to the first attempted of the casting. Along with this were presented and other types of materials that could be used for the formation of product use. In addition, other types of materials that could be used to create the product were introduced.
