Návrh aspirační skříně pro odlučování slupek olejnatých semen

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této práce je zkonstruovat stroj, který by byl na základě principu proudění vzduchu v trubici schopný oddělovat dvě složky s různými fyzikálními vlastnostmi. V tomto případě by aspirační skříň měla zajistit spolehlivé čištění vyloupaných olejnatých semen od jejich slupek v rámci komplexního laboratorního zařízení pro loupání, třídění, čištění a vyhodnocování účinnosti celého procesu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená především na rešerši v oblasti vývoje aspirační skříně. Dále jsou součástí práce 2 verze návrhu zařízení spolu s výkresovou dokumentací a stručným popisem výrobního postupu.

The main aim of this work is to construct a machine, which separates two elements of different physical properties due to the principle of streaming air in a tube. In this case, the airbased machine could provide a reliable separation of hulls from oil seeds within the framework of the complex laboratory machine used for peeling, sort, separation of the oil seeds and evaluating the efficiency of this whole process. The theoretical part of the work is dedicated to the recherche in the area of the development of the air-based machine. The next part of this work consists of 2 modifications of the machine design, drawing documentation and brief description of the production procedure.
