SATALICE - DOTVÁŘENÍ SUBURBIE

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá určením nevyužitých ploch v městské části Praha 14 Satalice a návrhem nových urbanistických struktur na tomto území. Obsahem práce je urbanistická koncepce konkrétních částí území, která nejprve tyto lokality analyzuje a poté popisuje jednotlivé principy a postupy vedoucí k vytvoření urbanistických a revitalizačních zásahů. Tématem práce je hledání způsobu přiměřeného zastavění a zkompaktnění této čtvrti.

The diploma thesis deals with the determination of unused areas in Prague 14 Satalice and the design of new urban structures in this area. The content of the thesis is an urban conception of particular parts of the territory, which first analyzes these localities and then describes individual principles and procedures leading to the creation of urban and revitalization interventions. The topic of this work is to find a way to adequately build up and compact this neighborhood.
