Abstract
Návrh řeší zanedbaný prostor vedle budovy ČVUT v Děčíně. Půdorysný tvar je dán okolní zástavbou. V přízemí jsou pronajímatelné prostory a bufet, patra mají čistě administrativní funkci.
 
The design adresses the neglected space next to the ČVUT building in Děčín. The shape of the proposed office building is given by the surroundings. On the ground floor there are a handful of rental spaces, the floors above contain only offices.
