Vektorový datový model staré Vltavy - úsek Podskalí až Zlákovice

Abstract

Moja bakalárska práca sa vo všeobecnosti zameriava na vektorizáciu časti územia a následne na porovnanie zmeny územia z čias stabilného katastra a zo súčasnosti. Porovnávané územie sa týka časti, ktorá bola zatopená pri výstavbe vodného diela Orlík a jej blízkeho okolia. V prvej časti sa bakalárska práca zameriava najmä na opis vodného diela Orlík a teóriu ohľadom stabilného katastra. V ďalších častiach je opis zvektorizovaných dedín pred zatopením, využitia Registra územnej identifikácie, adries a nehnuteľností, ďalej samotná vektorizácia a problematika pri vektorizovaní. V záverečnej časti je popísaná práca vo webovej aplikácií a zhrnutie práce je uvedené v závere. Ako podklad pre získanie údajov o danom území pred výstavbou vodného diela boli použité cisárske odtlačky stabilného katastra a pre súčasný stav boli využité dáta z RÚIAN-u. Za pracovné prostredie, v ktorom sa vyhotovali jednotlivé výstupy, bol zvolený software ArcMap vo verzií 10.5.1 od spoločnosti ESRI. Samotným výsledkom bola vektorová mapová kresba a zhrnutie vytvorených výstupov týkajúcich sa historického a súčasného stavu časti daného územia priehrady Orlík vo forme tabuliek.

The bachelor´s thesis is generally focused on the vectorization the part of the territory and consequently in comparison of the territory change from the history of the stable cadastre as well as from the present. The territory being compared concerns the part that was flooded during the water dam construction of Orlík and its close surroundings. In the first part the bachelor´s thesis focuses mainly on the description of the water dam Orlík and the theory of the stable cadastre. In the following sections there is the description of the vectorized villages before flooding, the use of the Register of territorial identification, addresses and real estate, as well as the vectorization itself and the issue of vectorization. The final part describes the work in the web application and the results are summarized at the end. As the basis for obtaining data on the given territory before the construction of the water dam, the imperial imprints of the stable cadastre were used and data from the RUIAN were used for the present state. ESM's 10.5.1 ArcMap software was chosen for the work environment in which each output was drafted. The result itself was a vector map and the summary of the generated outputs concerning the historical and current state of the Orlik dam in the form of charts.
