Oceňování projektových prací a inženýrských činností

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá oceňovaním projektových prác a inžinierskych činností. Práca sa skladá z teoretickej a praktickej časti. Teoretická časť obsahuje základné poznatky, ktoré ju nutné poznať pre pochopenie celej práce. Jedná sa hlavne o definovanie náplne projektových prác a inžinierskych činností výstavbového projektu a možných spôsoboch ich ocenenia. Praktická časť sa zameriava na ocenenie projektových prác a inžinierskych činností konkrétneho výstavbového projektu pomocou Sadzobníku UNIKA, Výkonového a honorárového poriadku a s použitím priemernej hodinovej sadzby. V závere praktickej časti je uvedená analýza výsledkov a porovnanie a vyhodnotenie ceny projektových prác a inžinierskych činností vypočítaných spomínanými spôsobmi.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the valuation of design and engineering activities. The thesis consists of theoretical and a practical part. Theoretical part includes basic knowledge, which is necessary to know it for understanding the whole thesis. That is in particular about defining content design and engineering activities of the construction project and possible methods of their valuation. Practical part focuses on the valuation of design and engineering activities of the concrete construction project, using the UNIKA rate book, Výkonový a honorárový poriadok and using the average hourly rate. At the end of the practical part there is an analysis of the result, comparison and evaluation of the price of the design and engineering activities calculated by the mentioned methods.
