Praha - Nusle - Studie transformace území sladovny

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je urbanistická studie území v Praze 4 - Nusle, konkrétně areálu Nuselského pivovaru a jeho blízkého okolí. Cílem je vhodně doplnit stávající narušenou strukturu území s logickou návazností na okolí a vytvořit tak nové kulturně-společenské centrum Prahy 4. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V první části je obsažena analýza a celková koncepce prostorového a funkčního uspořádání území. Druhá část se zabývá především veřejným prostranstvím v areálu sladovny včetně specifikace použitých materiálů, mobiliáře a návrhu druhové skladby zeleně. Nedílnou součástí je i koncepce dopravní a technické infrastruktury. Cílem práce je vytvoření návrhu, který v areálu nalezne pozůstatky bývalé zástavby, pomůže obnovit narušenou strukturu místa a vdechne ji nový život. Součástí návrhu je doplnění vhodných funkcí a řešení veřejných prostranství.

The subject of the thesis is an urban study of the area in Prague 4 - Nusle, specifically the area of brewery in Nusle and its surroundings. The aim is to complement the existing disrupted structure of the area with a logical link to the surroundings and create a new cultural and social center of Prague 4. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part contains the analysis and overall conception of the spatial and functional arrangement of the territory. The second part deals mainly with public space in the malt house including specification of used materials, furniture and design of species of green . The diploma thesis includes the concept of transport and technical infrastructure.
