Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace v rozsahu pro stavební řízení. Zadáním byla architektonická studie vědeckotechnického parku. Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním a materiálovým návrhem objektu. V bakalářské práci se dále řeší kompletační konstrukce, základní tepelně technické posouzení obalových konstrukcí a požárně bezpečnostní řešení. Jedná se o objekt vědeckotechnického parku se čtyřmi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím, který je situován v městě Nymburk. V objektu se nachází specializované laboratoře, kancelářské prostory, zázemí zaměstnanců a sklady.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation in the scope for construction proceedings. The assignment was an architectural study of a science and technology park. The bachelor thesis deals with the structural and material design of the building. The bachelor thesis also deals with the assembly structure, basic thermal technical assessment of packaging structures and fire safety solutions. It is an object of science and technology park with four above ground and one underground floor, which is situated in Nymburk. There are specialized laboratories, offices and warehouses in the building.
