Rekonstrukce historického objektu v Krkonoších

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší a navrhuje projektovou dokumentaci se záměrem rekonstrukce rekreačního objektu v Krkonoších. Podkladem pro zpracování nového návrhu bylo důkladné zaměření stávajícího stavu a zpracování stavebně technického stavu všech stávajících konstrukcí. Současný technický stav objektu vyžaduje velkou pozornost na negativní působení vlhkosti, která po mnoho let ovlivňovala životnost materiálů v nosných i nenosných částech budovy. Dále je objeven značný výskyt biotických činitelů v dřevěných svislých i vodorovných konstrukcích. V projektové dokumentaci jsou proto navrženy rozsáhlé bourací práce, se kterými souvisí i realizování nových svislých a vodorovných konstrukčních systému. V rámci těchto změn, dojde k navýšení světlé výšky v podkroví a nová krokevní soustava bude zakomponována o 600 mm výše oproti původní. Sled činností po sobě jdoucích v této bakalářské práci začíná rozkreslením stávajících stavů, pokračuje bouracími pracemi a následně navržením nových stavů. Základní problematika týkající se materiálových, systémových a konstrukčních řešení je proto podrobně sepsána v technických zprávách a uložena dle seznamu dokumentace v této práci. Projektování úprav z ohledem na rekonstrukci staveb je složitý a namáhavý proces, který vyžaduje velkou pozornost na správné stavebně technické řešení a proveditelnost realizovaných úprav. Veškeré zásahy do stávajících konstrukcí mohou během výstavby zapříčinit neočekávané sledy událostí, které následně musí být řešeny jinými variantami návrhů při prováděných úpravách. Tato problematika je součástí této bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis solves and proposes project documentation with the intention of reconstruction of a recreational object in the Giant Mountains. The basis for processing a new proposal was thorough focus current status and processing the technical condition of all existing structures. Current technical condition of the building requires great attention for negative effect of humidity which for many years influenced material life in carrier and non-carrier parts of the building. More discovered problem is occurrence of biotic agents in wooden vertical and horizontal structures. In project documentation therefore, extensive demolition work is proposed with which it is related implementation of new vertical and horizontal construction systems. Within these changes there will be an increase clearance in attic and new attic systém will be realiz 600 mm above then original. Sequence of activities in this bachelor thesis begins with drawing existing conditions, demolition work and designing new states. Basic problems related of materiál, systém and construction solution is written in detail technical report and saved according to the list of documentation in this work. Designing adjustments for reconstruction of buildings is most complex problem which requires great attention to correct technical building and for feasibility adjustments made. All interventions in existing structures may during construction cause many problems which they must be dealt with by other variants proposals to make adjustments. This issue is part of this bachelor thesis.
