Návrh spojitě měnitelného planetového převodu - klec, planetová a korunová kola

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem spojitě měnitelného planetového převodu. V úvodu je zpracován současný stav problematiky třecích převodů a variátorů. Je uvedeno využití spojitě měnitelných převodů v průmyslu. Po analýze původní patentové přihlášky planetového variátoru, je provedena úprava klece (unašeče), planetových a korunových kol. Úpravy jsou podloženy návrhovými a pevnostními výpočty. Závěr práce je věnován konstrukci převodové skříně.

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of a continuosly variable planetary gear. The introducion deals with the current problems of friction gears and continuosly variable transmissions (CVTs). The following part of the work focuses on the use of CVTs in the industry. After analyzing the original patent of a planetary CVT, a new design of a planet carrier (spider), sun and ring gear is made. All changes in design are supported by design and strength calculations. The last of the thesis focuses on the construction of a gear-case.
