OLOMOUC, REVITALIZACE ÚZEMÍ BÝVALÉ TRŽNICE, TŘ. SVOBODY

Abstract

Práce je věnována návrhu studie lokality se zaměřením na podpoření staré a nalezení nové doplňující náplně, napojení území na okolní městskou zeleň i stávající městskou zástavbu, prostupnost území, dopravní infrastrukturu a návrh nové zástavby včetně specifikace jejího charakteru a využití. Cílem řešení je obnova bývalé tržnice doplněná novou zástavbou, včetně návrhu nových veřejných prostranství s propojením městské zeleně.

The work is devoted to the design of the site study focusing on supporting the old and finding new complementary content, connecting the area to the surrounding urban greenery and the existing urban development, permeability of the territory, transport infrastructure, and the design of new development, including specification of its character and use. The of the solution is to restore the former market hall, supplemented by new buildings, including the design of new public spaces with the interconnection of urban greenery.
