Práce se zabývá doplněním urbanistické struktury mezi ulicemi U Trati a Cukrovarská v Plzni u řeky Radbuzy. Návrh reaguje na současný potenciál řešeného území a staveb, které se zde nacházejí. Propojením současných tendencí s historií místa vzniká nová městská čtvrť s převažující funkcí bydlení a možností širokého kulturního vyžití. This thesis deals with creating urban structure in the area defined by the streets U Trati and Cukrovarska in Pilsen by the river Radbuza. The design reacts to potential of existing buildings in the area. Connecting current trends with history of the area helps create a new urban district with predominant function of housing and a wide range of cultural activities.
