Mohutný rozmach dopravní infrastruktury v asijských zemích se stal podnětem pro stavbu dlouhých silničních mostů. Nejvíc mostních realizací vzniklo v Čínské lidové republice. Článek je věnován dvěma vyjímečným mostům - mostu přes záliv Jiaozhou a spojení Hongkong Zhuhai-Macau.
