Logistické areály automobilového průmyslu a krajina-vlivy a plánovací nástroje

Abstract

Výstavba areálů automobilové logistiky se projevuje v posledních letech v Evropě jako jeden z důsledků výstavby nových výrobních a montážních závodů. Cílem této práce je ukázat problémy a možnosti,které přináší realizace a plánování areálů automobilové logistiky ve vztahu ke krajině a ukázat také možnosti, které přinášejí nástroje prostorového, územního a krajinného plánování a participace obyvatelstva na plánovacích procesech. Pro dokumentaci průblémů a možností jsou využity zkušenosti z vlastních projektů a realizací areálů automobilové logistiky v Německu a v České republice.

In recent years is the construction of automobile logistics centers one of the consequences of the construction of new manufacturing and assembly plants. The aimof this work is to show the problems and possibilities that bring the realization and planning areas of automotive logistics in relation to the landscape. The work should show the possibilities that bring the tools of landscape planning a participation of population in the planning process. For documentation of problems and possibilities are used the experience of own projects and implementation of facilities automotive logistics in Germany and the Czech Republic.
