Rekonstrukce veřejných prostorů sídel - obtížné podmínky jejich řešení a realizace

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku rozvoje prvků technické infrastruktury ve veřejném prostoru sídel, zejména na obnovu inženýrských sítí v obtížných podmínkách intravilánu měst a obcí. Klíčovými jsou v tomto ohledu strategické dokumenty rozvoje sídel, především pak územně plánovací podklady a dokumentace, které dnes často nezajišťují splnění požadavku trvale udržitelného stavu a rozvoje technické infrastruktury. Metodický postup vyhodnocení a tvorby systémové koncepce rozvoje technické infrastruktury je demonstrován na příkladu správního území města Tábora.

The diploma thesis is focused on the development of elements of the technical infrastructure in public spaces, especially on reconstructions of technical utilities in difficult conditions of the built-up areas of towns and cities. Key factors in this regard are strategic documents of urban development, particularly documents of spatial planning which often fail to meet the requirement of sustainable development of the technical infrastructure. The evaluation and design procedure of the development concept of the technical infrastructure is demonstrated on the example of the town of Tábor administrative territory.
