Abstract

Měření vlivu nerovnosti podkladu na přilnavost lepené tepelné izolace s ohledem na realizaci. Autor se v diplomové práci zabývá realizací plochých střech. Kromě uvedených obecných informací o plochých střechách a zásad při návrhu a realizaci střešního souvrství se zaměřuje především na stabilizaci tepelné izolace na plochých střechách. Podrobně popisuje realizaci lepení tepelné izolace na podklad. Autor vykonal jako součást práce dva experimenty. V prvním pokusu se věnuje vlivu nerovnosti podkladu na přilnavost tepelné izolace. V druhém pokusu se zaměřil na vliv způsobu realizace na přilnavost tepelné izolace. Zkouška spočívá v měření tahové síly potřebné k odtržení nalepeného vzorku od podkladu. Oba experimenty autor vyhodnotil a porovnal. Výsledkem práce jsou grafy závislosti mezi nerovností a přilnavostí tepelné izolace k podkladu a porovnání vlivu tří různých způsobů lepení. Autor na závěr určil nejvhodnější způsob lepení.

Measurement of the influence of the unevenness of the substrate on the adhesion of the bonded thermal insulation with respect to the realization. The author deals with the realization of flat roofs in his diploma thesis. In addition to the general information on flat roofs and principles for the design and implementation of the roof structure, it focuses primarily on the stabilization of thermal insulation on flat roofs. It describes in detail the realization of the bonding of thermal insulation on the substrate. The author performed two experiments as part of the work. In the first attempt, it deals with the influence of unevenness of the substrate on the adhesion of thermal insulation. In the second experiment, he focused on the effect of the realization on the thermal insulation adhesion. The test consists in measuring the tensile force required to detach the glued sample from the substrate. Both authors evaluated and compared the two experiments. The result of the work is the graphs of the dependence between the inequality and the adhesion of the thermal insulation to the substrate and the comparison of the influence of three different methods of bonding. Finally, the author identified the most appropriate way of gluing.
