Studie a návrh inovace postupu implementace BIM v Metrostav a.s., divize 3

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je informační modelování staveb (BIM), konkrétně studie a návrh inovace postupu jeho implementace v největší české stavební společnosti Metrostav a.s., se zaměřením na stav této problematiky v divizi 3. Práce bude rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována dosavadnímu stavu implementace BIM v České republice v jednotlivých klíčových oblastech a dále přiblížení doporučeného postupu implementace BIM, který by měly uplatňovat jednotlivé společnosti fungující v odvětví stavebnictví. V praktické části je nejdříve proveden základní přehled o současných zkušenostech společnosti Metrostav a.s. v oblasti využívání BIM na centrální a divizní úrovní. Poté byla provedena hlubší analýza možností a zájmu o BIM v rámci divize 3. Na základě zjištěných poznatků byly vytvořeny variantní implementační plány, které můžou být v budoucnosti využity divizí.

The topic of the diploma thesis is information modelling of buildings (BIM), namely study and design of the innovation process of its implementation of the largest Czech construction company Metrostav a.s., focusing on the state of this issue in Division 3. The thesis will be divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the state of implementation of BIM in the Czech Republic in the key areas and to the approximation of the recommended BIM implementation process that should be applied by individual companies operating in the construction sector. In the practical part, a basic overview of Metrostav's current experience with the use of BIM at the central and divisive levels is made first. After that, a deeper analysis of the possibilities and interest of BIM within Division 3 was carried out, based on the findings, various implementation plans were developed that could be used by the division in the future.
