Přínos certifikačních systémů a jejich důsledky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá environmentálními certifikacemi budov, které stavbu budovy hodnotí z hlediska jejího dopadu na životní prostředí. Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvoření komplexního přehledu certifikačních systémů budov používaných v České republice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis jednotlivých certifikačních systémů, je zde popsána zejména jejich historie, proces certifikace a cena. Praktická část se zabývá obecným porovnáním těchto systémů při certifikaci administrativních budov z hlediska environmentální, ekonomické a sociální udržitelnosti. V této práci jsou popsány současné trendy stavebnictví a platná legislativa České republiky, související s certifikacemi a spadající pod legislativu Evropské unie.

This Master thesis follows up the environmental certification of buildings, which evaluates the construction of the building in terms of its impact on the environment. The main theme of this thesis is to create the complex summary of green building rating systems used in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on the description of each individual certification system. There is described their history, the certification process and the price in this part of the thesis. The practical part follows up the general comparison of these systems in the certification of administrative buildings in terms of environmental, economic and social sustainability. This thesis describes the current trends in building industry and the valid legislation of the Czech Republic, related to the certification and falling under the legislation of the European Union.
