Krizové situace řešené formou vyjednávání

Abstract

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou krizové situace řešené formou vyjednávání. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zda jsou příslušníci Policie České republiky připraveni a dostatečně proškoleni aplikovat formy krizové komunikace v různých krizových situacích. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a výzkumnou část. První kapitola teoretické části je členěna na čtyři podkapitoly. V první podkapitole je popsáno, co je Integrovaný záchranný systém. Druhá podkapitola charakterizuje jednu ze základních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému - Policii České republiky. Třetí podkapitola obsahuje pojmy související s krizí. Poslední, čtvrtá podkapitola, uvádí vybrané plány typových činností složek Integrovaného záchranného systému při společném zásahu, u kterých jsou velitelé zásahu příslušníci Policie České republiky. Na teoretickou část navazuje výzkumná část. Ve výzkumné části jsou stanoveny cíle práce, stanoveny hypotézy, metodika a výsledky práce. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda příslušníci Policie ČR, jež absolvovali základní odbornou přípravu, jsou dostatečně připraveni na krizovou komunikaci a zda požadují další vzdělání v dané problematice. Pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření, které bylo uskutečněno mezi příslušníky Policie ČR v rámci Krajského ředitelství policie kraje Vysočina, byly zjištěny cíle práce. Realizovaným výzkumem jsme zjistili, že většina respondentů neabsolvovala u Policie ČR kurz komunikačních dovedností. Na podkladě zjištěných informací jsme provedli analýzu stanovených hypotéz. Získaná data byla porovnána komparací s jinými výzkumy. Dále byla provedena SWOT analýza, při které byly vyhodnoceny silné a slabé stránky, pomocí kterých byly stanoveny příležitosti a hrozby. Výsledky napomáhají k navržení opatření a mohou být dále předmětem k dalším výzkumům.

The submitted thesis deals with the issue of crisis situation resolution through negotiations. The main goal of the study is to determine if the officers of the Police of the Czech Republic are sufficiently trained to apply the protocols of crisis communication in various crisis situations. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the empirical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part is further partitioned into four subchapters. The first subchapter describes what forms the Integrated Rescue System. The second subchapter define one of the basic components of the Integrated Rescue System, the Police of the Czech Republic. The third subchapter contains terminology connected to crises. The last, fourth, subchapter, details selected plans of typified activities of the components of the Integrated Rescue System during joint actions which are led by the officers of the Police of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is followed by the empirical part. The empirical part defines the goals of the study, hypotheses, methodology, and the results. The goal of the study is to determine if the officers of the Police of Czech Republic who completed the basic professional training are sufficiently qualified for crisis communication and if they demand further trainings on the issue. To achieve the research goals, the study used anonymized questionnaire survey conducted among the officers of the Police of the Czech Republic serving with the Regional Directorate of the Police in the Vysočina region. The survey determined that most participants had not completed a communication skills training with the Police of the Czech Republic. Based on the information determined by the survey the defined hypotheses were analyzed. The data was then compared to other similar studies. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis was conducted which assessed strengths and weaknesses in order to define opportunities and threats. The results help to design further measures and may form groundwork for further research.
