Zásah sil a prostředků Zdravotnické záchranné služby (Biohazard týmů) u mimořádné události při podezření na vysoce nakažlivou nemoc.

Abstract

Práce objasňuje podmínky vzniku biohazard týmu, jeho složení a fungování u Zdravotnické záchranné služby. V teoretické části jsou popsány předpisy vztahující se k zásahu na vysoce nakažlivou nemoc související s působením biohazard týmu. Dále jsou vysvětleny mechanismy šíření b-agens jako původce infekčních onemocnění, možnosti jejich výskytu a ochrany proti nim. Součástí teoretické části je popis osobních ochranných prostředků. V praktické části je provedena analýza postupů biohazard týmu u zásahu při podezření na vysoce nakažlivou nemoc. Analýza je rozčleněna na jednotlivé, na sebe navazující, časové úseky, u kterých jsou uvedené získané poznatky a návrhy zlepšení. V další části je vypracovaná komparace transportních izolačních prostředků osob používaných k převozu pacienta s vysoce nakažlivou nemocí. Výsledkem je ucelený pohled na zásah členů biohazard týmu u případu s podezřením na vysoce nakažlivou nemoc s návrhem doporučených postupů u této mimořádné události a návrh parametrů, které by měly splňovat transportní izolační prostředky. Tato práce může být využita pro školení členů biohazard týmu, jehož zřízení se plánuje u Zdravotnické záchranné služby Hlavního města Prahy.

The thesis analyses the conditions of establishing a biohazard team, its structure, and its operation as part of the Emergency Medical Services. The theoretical part specifies the regulations applicable to interventions in case of a highly contagious disease, which may be addressed by the biohazard team. Furthermore, it explains the mechanisms of spreading pathogens as agents causing infectious diseases, the possibilities of their occurrence, and protection against them. In addition, the theoretical part specifies the personal protective equipment. The practical part analyses the procedures employed by the biohazard team during interventions where a highly contagious disease is suspected. The analysis is divided into separate consecutive stages, each time specifying the established findings and the proposed improvements. The following part compares various medical isolation and transportation systems used for transporting patients with a highly contagious disease. The result is a comprehensive insight into the interventions by biohazard team members in cases where a highly contagious disease is suspected, with suggestions for recommended procedures to be employed during such an emergency event and suggestions for parameters which the medical isolation and transportation systems should meet. This thesis may be used for training the members of a biohazard team which is planned to be established as part of the Emergency Medical Services of the Capital City of Prague.
