Výroba tvrdokovových nástrojů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou tvrdokovových nástrojů. V teoretické části je uvedeno zmapování procesu broušení se zaměřením na volbu brousicích kotoučů. Dále jsou popsány převážně brusiva, pojiva, zrnitosti brousicích kotoučů a další zvláštnosti při broušení tvrdokovových fréz. Poté následuje analýza současného stavu ve společnosti NAVEL, spol. s.r.o., která ukazuje provozované CNC brusky a používané brousicí kotouče. Byla provedena technicko-ekonomická analýza brousicích kotoučů pomocí inventury brousicích kotoučů. Následuje provedení návrhu metodiky hodnocení brousicích nástrojů prostřednictvím rodného listu brousícího kotouče a sledování doporučených parametrů.

This bachelor´s thesis is engaged in the production of cemented carbides tools. In the theoretical part of the thesis the process of grinding is presented, with the focuse on selection of grinding wheels. Thereinafter, the abrasive, the bonds, the grain size and the other specialities of grinding cemented carbides milling cutters are described. The analysis of current status of the company NAVEL, spol. s.r.o., including description of operated CNC grinding machines and used grinding wheels, is following. Technical-economic analysis of grinding wheels presented in the thesis was made with the use of the outakes of the annual stock-taking of grinding wheels that was done in the company NAVEL, spol. s.r.o. One special chapter is dedicated to a concept of grinding wheels evaluation which consists of an implementation so-called birth certificate of grinding wheels and following the recommended parameters.
